I had a really good experience here, everything was good, the location was perfect just off the sea as well as restaurants. I booked a spotless room overlooking the city. I stayed here for 4 days and would return anytime.
Some of the staff were unprofessional.

our recent stay at a hotel in Istanbul was okay, but our stay at Florya House was amazing! The private transfer service from the airport was hassle-free, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were so nice and accommodating, especially with our children. The delicious Turkish breakfast was a great way to start the day. We'll definitely be back!

Had a pleasant stay at this lovely hotel for one night. the location was great with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spotless. the staff, especially with our young children, were incredibly nice and helpful. the hotel also offered a private transfer service from the airport, which was reasonably priced and hassle-free. the breakfast was delicious, featuring a classic Turkish spread. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend to others. Cons: TV and A/C didn't work in the first room, but was promptly moved to another. .

Very friendly staff - especially the fair-haired young lady - Uzbek lady, and Jem on departure day. They were all helpful and professional. The hotel is located in the most exclusive area of Florya - surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. It's close to the airport - taking about 40-60 minutes. The room was new - very clean, and quiet. The hotel cafe was also a nice addition to the stay.
